How do I return my online order?

If you wish to make a return, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your products. If your order was shipped in multiple packages, there may have different return instructions. Detailed information can be found on the delivery note in the package.

Follow the steps below to complete your return:

1. Register your return by sending an email to return@socksstore.se or using our contact form on the website. Include your order number and explain the reason for your return. Always include your active mobile phone number in the mail so that we can send a QR code directly to your mobile phone.

2. Place the goods in suitable packaging, such as the same packaging in which they were delivered.

3. When we receive your return request, we will immediately send a QR code to the mobile phone number mentioned in the email.

4. Postnord and DHL are our delivery partners. Once you receive the QR code, visit a Postnord or DHL branch and show the QR code. Drop off the product at the store. You create the return label and send the product to us. You also have the option to return products to the Socks Store in Sweden if it is near to your location. Bring your delivery note along with the products you wish to return. Not all products can be returned to the store. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only take back underwear products, even if the product is opened or unopened.

How many days does it take to receive a refund?

If you have received a faulty product from us, we always offer a full refund. If you return a product within 30 days, we will give you a full refund with in 3-4 business days after receiving the return of the product and as long as the product is unopened and in its original packaging. However, if the original packaging is damaged and the product is used, the return will not be accepted, even if you ship the product within 30 days.

AGREEMENT

All prices are set by Socks Store. A binding agreement between you as a customer and Socks Store will be formed when your order has been approved by Socks Store. Socks Store will send you a confirmation email when your order has been received and delivery is on its way. You can buy products from the Socks Store only if you are a private customer. Not a business customer.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices include VAT and other expenses. The current applicable tax rate is indicated for the product at the time of ordering in the Socks StoreSocks Store reserves the right to change the prices and other costs stated in the Socks Store at any time, e.g. due to changes in the tax rate and additional costs, increased costs or as a result of the average customer price development based on Sweden. Discounted product refunds will be based on the invoice price.
