The courier companies have adapted their procedures to guarantee the safety of our employees and our community. We thank you for your patience, as there may be some delays to deliveries. We remind you that you can still find us at buyanysocks.de and on all our online channels. 

For the following cases this situation might happen.

  • - If part of the ordered products are out of stock.
  • - Total order is divided in to few parts.
  • - Our delivery partner may decide to delivery partly due the storage shortage.
  • - Free shipping (Only for a minimum amount purchase)
  • - Free returns if the we send any faulty products or the not matching with the description.

Please contact us as soon as possible after getting the damaged product. We will send a return delivery note and also replace with the new product.

Depends on your location but usually we assure the delivery between 4-6 working days. Please contact us for a urgent delivery.

Yes, it is possible to get a refund for a discounted product but not for a special offer product.

Exchanges & Returns

Due to hygienic reasons socks and underwear can’t be returned if the product is open from the package. But please contact us to know more about the return exceptions. 

We offer up to 6 months return guarantee under the following terms and conditions.

  • - Original packaging is not broken.
  • - Products never used or tried.

Yes, It is possible to get a free return shipping note if the product is faulty from the beginning or if the product is damaged during the delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible after the delivery happens.

Usually, the refund happens to the payment origin. For example: If the payment is made by credit or debit card, we shall refund to the card.
